We built a system that manages the marketing and technical requests of more than 2,000 restaurants on one platform, from creation to completion.

AI agents running on Axiplane review every request the moment it is created, ask the requester to correct any missing or incorrect information and review the updated request again. This pre-check needs no human intervention, so teams can focus on getting work done instead of chasing incomplete requests.

Requests that pass the check go for approval according to the defined hierarchy, and approved jobs are managed in the same system until they are completed. With requests, approvals and job tracking on one platform, nothing slips through the cracks, teams coordinate faster and the whole operation saves significant time.

Advanced reporting analyses task allocation, completed and pending jobs, completion times, budgets and suppliers. Efficiency and team and employee performance are assessed with hard data; workloads and resources are planned more accurately and processes keep improving.

Since 2023, tens of thousands of requests have been managed on this platform.

We built this enterprise AI platform at Gils Danışmanlık so that organisations can create AI agents and workflows that fit their business processes and set each process's rules, flow and approval steps themselves. This way, AI adapts to how the organisation works and becomes an active part of its processes.

Axiplane can be installed on the organisation's own servers and also lets a group of companies be managed from one place. Each company works with its own budget and audit trail, while the organisation chooses the AI models.

We built a 360-degree performance management system for Control Union, which operates in more than 70 countries. Bringing reviews, feedback, goal-setting and development planning together, the platform lets employees and managers run the whole process in one place.

For Steto, we built a digital health platform that connects clients with health professionals and covers the whole journey, from choosing a specialist to booking and the video consultation. Clients can find the right specialist with advanced filters, book appointments and join consultations without downloading any app. Specialists set their own hours and consultation fees and manage their consultations on a single platform.
